All users of MusicMaster have access to the MusicMaster Support Center. The Center allows you to access the latest versions of the software as well as submit cases for any questions you may have.
Your e-mail address is used to access the site. You can use the password retrieval option in the support center to receive an immediate response with your login information if you do not remember your password.
Internet-Based Support and Training
We also offer Internet-based training and support sessions using GoToMeeting software. This service allows us to demonstrate program functionality in a way that allows you to watch the screen on our computers. We can also set up a session that allows our support staff to view your screen, in the event you wish to demonstrate an issue for them. This option is included for all users with a MusicMaster support plan at no additional fee. Once you have set up an on-line session with your rep, you just need to return to this screen and enter the assigned meeting number in the box below.
